Schoolcraft College Continuing Education, Livonia, is offering an exciting four-part lecture series, A Journey of Self-Discovery: Meditation Series, presented by Kathy Bindu Henning. Each presentation includes interactive lecture and Present Moment Meditation™.
This extraordinary series offers valuable insights that can transform one’s experience of everyday living. It provides easy to use tools for releasing stress, quieting the mind, and how to stay calm and present in the moment— while at home, work, school or out-and-about!
Participants will learn ways to manage challenges and increase overall health, happiness and well-being. Through Present Moment Meditation™, they’ll access inner peace and stillness, and learn how to create a meditation practice at home.
