Is your intuition sending you messages? Yes, it is, and the question that is more vital is whether you pay attention to it and trust it.
REMEMBERING TRIBAL JEWISH SHAMANISM

REMEMBERING TRIBAL JEWISH SHAMANISM

In the ancient beginning was the Void--a place of No Thing, No Thought, No Emotion, and No Movement. It existed at the edge of Creation. From this Void the Source of All Powers began to manifest and radiate its light. And what a light! Illuminating the dark areas, shining into the deep waters; breathing life into all beings—animals, grasses, flowers and trees. Breathing spirit inside each of us; shining the light on our own awakening life and vision. It is from here that thoughts and feelings are born; and consciousness gives way to all new starts….as within, so without

Physical Transformation and Inner Life Miracles: A Story of Chi Nei Tsang

Physical Transformation and Inner Life Miracles: A Story of Chi Nei Tsang

It began thousands of years ago in the mountain ranges of Taoist China. Behind the walls of monasteries in the region, monks needed to detoxify, strengthen, and refine their bodies to maintain the high energy levels required for their stringent spiritual practices. So they used the principles of both Kung-Fu and Tai Chi Chuan to develop a sort of "applied Chi Kung," and thus was born the rare yet powerful practice of Chi Nei Tsang.

Can Salt Make You Life Better

Can Salt Make You Life Better

The answer to this question, according to "conventional medical wisdom," is a resounding NO! But the real answer, according to Dr. David Brownstein, M.D., author of Salt Your Way To Health, and many other leading experts, is that the right kind of salt can make your life better! This means that the term "conventional medical wisdom" may be somewhat of an oxymoron. You will have to decide for yourself. As with many other issues relating to health, the "wisdom" in today’s "conventional" medicine has gotten lost along the way. The controversy regarding salt is a prime example.

Manifesting your true heart’s desires in 2009

Manifesting your true heart’s desires in 2009

You can create a life without limits. If you could have the life of your dreams, what would it be like? If you were to envision perfection for you in the areas of career, finances, relationships, happiness, and health, what would that perfection be? Think about how you would like to feel each day and what you would like to be doing. You can absolutely, confidently create an ideal picture that includes work, relaxation and recreational activities, travel, new and current relationships, material things you want or need and---well, you get the idea.

The Red Wagon

The Red Wagon

When I was a little boy, there was no Nintendo, no computer games, or internet. Toys were limited. But I did have a wagon, a red wagon. My brother and I used to careen down the hill in front of our house in that red wagon. Now, when you are in grade school, even the smallest of hills can look mighty big and daunting. This hill was one to be challenged. Down we would go, as fast as we could, in the hopes of going further and faster than ever before. At the same time, we hoped we would not crash. Concrete and skin do not go well together. And so it is today.

Uncovering the Mysteries of Attraction

Uncovering the Mysteries of Attraction

February is a month of love and romance – with lots of traditions revolving around Valentine’s Day. Although card stores and flower venders heavily advertise these traditions, participating in these traditions doesn’t have to be akin to supporting the economy on a purely commercial level, as many significant others with poor memories for important dates often insist! Whether you consider Valentines Day to be a "Hallmark holiday" or not, it’s a good time to show that special someone a special gesture of caring…
