This two session class will explore the many aspects of Self-Hypnosis, from history and myth to science and opinion. In learning self-hypnosis, the subject does not relinquish control of himself as is commonly believed. However, learning these simple skills will not only make you calmer, happier and feel more in control, but they are likely to improve your health, relationships and general well-being. Self-hypnosis can alleviate distressing symptoms, substitute strong responses for weak responses, help overcome bad habits, create good habits and help one’s power of concentration and creativity. Bring your questions! If you want to learn how to improve your life by learning self-hypnosis then this is the perfect opportunity for you. Classes are held at Washtenaw Community College, Course # HEC 4430. Class will be held  6-8:30pm Thursday, April 19 & 26.
