On Letting Go of Control

I am able to be in the company of those that I love without interfering with their life lessons.

I respect others by being in their presence, remaining loving and not interfering in their concerns.

I only offer advice when it is asked for and when I have personal experience that may assist them.

I do not allow myself to feel pity for myself or others as I know strife is a part of soul growth.

I realize that my greatest power is in turning things over to God in prayer and so when I’m feeling another person’s pain I ask God to assist.
