Goal Setting Tips



This time of year is perfect for setting goals. Meditate on what you want to accomplish this year. Allow yourself to daydream. Let go of your fears, worries, “how” and “what ifs?” Let yourself see and feel your future self with goals accomplished.

HOME- When you clean, try rearranging a part of your home. Add spring colors, fresh plants and flowers. Plants are an excellent source of oxygen.

COLOR- One of the main colors in spring is green. Shades of green surround us in every direction with its healing energy. The new trend in color this year is emerald. Green is also the color of our heart chakras and gives energy to the heart, lungs and circulatory system.

OILS- A good essential oil to use is geranium which can be healing to the skin after a dry winter and it’s mood elevating properties. Bergamot is uplifting and aids in stimulating digestion. Ylang ylang is an antidepressant and aphrodisiac.

HERBS- Mugwort when made into a tea can help bring vision and greater clarity of mind. Dandelion is a wonderful tea and liver detoxifier.

BODY – Light exercise will help with circulation and bring new energy. Taking a walk helps us ground/connect with the earth, plus it’s great for our body and mind.
