Kindness and Caring – What Are You Receiving?

Are you truly willing to receive kindness and caring into your living? What would it take to have more?

How many times have people been kind to you and you judge it as a suspicious action? Most of the time people do not do kindness on this planet unless they want to create obligation. At some level you know or are able to perceive the real intent behind someone’s actions toward you. And you know when there is obligation attached.

Do you remember what it feels like to receive true kindness? Would you like more of that in your life? What would it take?

What about caring? You know what it feels like to truly care for someone. Sometimes your caring can make you sad as you see someone in your life that is stuck in their trauma and drama and can’t seem to get out. You want so badly to reach out and get them to see things differently. It’s just that at this point, they aren’t willing or able to receive you or your caring.

What if it was just a choice? What would you choose today? Would you choose to receive caring and kindness into your life?

We’re not taught to receive here on planet Earth. People will judge you as selfish and say, “All you do is think of yourself?” What if all of that is just an interesting point of view? What if you could choose to receive the kindness and caring as well as the judgment?

Yes, I said, “receive judgment”. You see, when someone judges you, it is usually something that they do. If you receive their judgment, and I’m not saying ‘own’ it, let it come at you, allow it. No need to resist and react. No need to align and agree with it. Just let it go right through. No effect whatsoever.

Do you know why? It’s just a lie. A lie that has been perpetuated on this planet for who knows how long? You don’t have to buy it as yours.

What if there were a way to shift and change that in your life and the lives of those around you? What if you could be the kindness and caring that you wish to see in the world? What are the infinite possibilities?

My wife Gail and I, practice a technique called, Access Bars®, where we work with 32 points on the head to change what is going on in your life. It is really about shifting you, the being, into letting go of all of the stuff floating around in your mind that keeps you stuck and opens up your ability to receive.

In doing a Bars session, there are about 15 hand positions. One of those positions, Kindness, Gratitude and Peace & Calm consists of 3 points. The Kindness Bar really shifts you into losing the charge and all of the points of view that you have around Kindness — what it means to be kind and what it means to receive kindness.
