Mark Roby—physician assistant, naturopath, member of the Waller Wellness Center staff and author— will continue his discussion on Cancer Survival 101 at the Waller Wellness Center at 1 p.m. on May 16.
Roby survived one of the rarest cancers in the world using both cutting-edge conventional medicine and integrative therapies. His talk will focus on the value of getting multiple opinions, researching customized cancer treatments and taking charge of your own care.
Diagnosed in 2002 and given a very grim prognosis, Roby defied the odds and has now even written a book to share what he’s learned with others. He traveled throughout the United States and consulted with cancer experts in Europe in search of answers. “Lifelines to Cancer Survival” is a first of its kind resource guide that lists the many treatment options he discovered for cancer patients, options patients are often unaware of, that could save their lives.
Today Roby specializes in helping cancer patients find the best individualized options for their particular cancer. He has also recently joined the Waller Wellness Center staff.
The Waller Wellness Center is located at 1854 W. Auburn, Suite 400, Rochester Hills. For more information, visit www.wallerwellness.com or call 248-844-1414 to RSVP for the event.
