Feeling overwhelmed; Getting the job done

I know, I know, I’ve been there too. You’ve just got too much to do; how will you ever get through? Panic and fears are overwhelming you, there are just too many demands on you. Others say, “Don’t worry, it’s a cinch. What’s the matter with you?”
Well, you know that isn’t always so, but here’s some ideas that will help with your work flow. Take it easy, relax and play. Don’t always take yourself so seriously. Make it your plan to enjoy what you do today.
Remember, you have the skills to do this, if not, take a look at what you’ve done before. See how good you were then, and you’ll know that you can do it again.
Feel the love for what you are doing. This is not a chore or a test. It’s fun at its very best.
If you feel ‘blah’ and just can’t budge and things just don’t seem to want to go your way, take big deep breaths and know it will all be okay.
Change your approach, if at first you don’t succeed, try again, this time from a ‘Win-Win’ perspective.
Focus on solutions with a deep inner knowing. You’ve got this, and it is all a ‘go’. Then congratulate yourself. You did it! Hooray for you, for a job well completed.
