Unfortunately, our environment is very toxic, far beyond what our bodies are made to deal with unassisted. Times are truly different. There are approximately 80,000 chemicals registered for use in the United States! The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention reports that hundreds of these chemicals are present in our bodies.
Did you know that traces of medications, for some time now, have been showing up in municipal drinking water in various areas? This is really horrible if you want to be drug-free!
Toxins can cause a wide variety of problems, including:
Mental Fog ,Low libido, Itchy Ears, Problems Sleeping, Skipped heartbeats, Restlessness, Watery or Itchy Eyes, Weak or Tired Feeling, Dark Circles Under Eyes, Stuffy Nose.
There are many other possible symptoms as well. Toxicities can affect any part of our body, so how they make us feel is quite varied depending on the toxins, perhaps, but also on our own “weak links”, so to speak; those areas of the body that have an inherent weakness due to genetics, injuries, nutritional deficiencies or other factors.
In a proper cleansing program, we need to nourish the body and also help the organs of elimination, which include the liver, kidneys, small intestine and large intestine. It is not
good enough to just do a colon cleanse; however, this is a very vital function and gives a place for the toxins being released to go and thereby be eliminated.
When our bodies become overly toxic, I do believe that our health cannot but be influenced badly. This is very obvious. But think about any discomfort you’re having in your body. Do you know why you have them? Also, if you have an organ or glad which is a known problem, what made it go bad? A toxic body won’t even utilize nutrition properly. Therefore, before healing is possible, oftentimes cleansing needs to occur first.
