Master your life, now!


Hello my friends, Happy October, This month we will piece some of the work we have done to this point together.

I hope you have worked on these over time (since January), it is very powerful to do these exercises. Remember, just by reading these articles you will feel true shifts in your consciousness, as I said before the more you read and share with others the more you will receive.

The same goes for following the exercises. The more you do them the more powerful they and you become.

Starting at the very beginning, we can focus on gratitude and release. So, go to the store and get two folders with lined paper; make sure that in one of them, the paper can easily be torn out. Now, take the folder that the pages can easily be torn from and label it “Release”. Take the other and label it “Gratitude and Growth”.

Let’s start with the gratitude folder and make sure you have it when you wake up, and write down some things you are grateful and thankful for. Make sure to do this before you go to sleep as well. Some days this will be easy to do and others it may be challenging, but make sure you do it no matter how tough it may be.

Now, take the release folder and after work or in the middle of the day, grab this folder and write out all your complaints, all of your negative thoughts, feelings, and anything that is upsetting you. Big or small, right now or in the past, do not edit, just let it all flow onto the paper. With this folder, at the end of the week, we will do a release exercise. Make sure to tear out the pages at the end of each week. This will take a little time and effort but is still simple. Get a pot, a bowl, or your fireplace, and burn these pages with focused intention: “Make Peace, Release.”

Now focus on your core, at the base of your heart chakra, expand it outward.

Now let the suffering go, accept the flow of universal love.

“I accept true abundance of highest love, highest joy,
happiness, wealth, and highest support.”

Now let’s use the focus of each month’s articles as our focus for daily meditation (say each one out loud 3 times).

Day 1 is Gratitude – “I am grateful and I release”.

Day 2 is Highest Joy – “I am the highest joy”.

Day 3 is Beauty – “The world is beautiful, I am Beautiful” say it out loud to your self at the mirror.

Day 4 is love – “You are love you are loved, so say it out loud, I am Love and I am loved!”

Day 5 is Brilliance and Genius – “I open myself to my true genius, I am brilliant, I am a genius”.

Day 6 is Higher Connection – focus on receiving the highest connection possible right now. Say out loud “I am truly connected, I am the highest connection.”

Day 7 is Independence and freedom of burden and suffering. Say it, “I am free”, “I am free”, “I am free” .

Day 8 will be Abundance. “I am truly abundant, I am healthy, I am wealthy, I am wise”.

Continue these in this order throughout the month. Remember I am here to support your growth.
