Hello my friends, I hope you are enjoying the exercises from the past few months.
This month we will piece together some of the work we have done over the past few years. I hope you have worked on these; it is very powerful to do these exercises. Remember, just by reading these articles you will feel true shifts in your consciousness; as I said before, the more you read and share with others the more you will receive. The same goes for following the exercises. The more you do them the more powerful they and you become.
Starting at the very beginning, we can focus on gratitude and release. So, go to the store and get two folders with lined paper; make sure that in one of them, the paper can easily be torn out. Now, take the folder that the pages can easily be torn from and label it, Release. Take the other and label it, Gratitude and Growth.
Let’s start with the Gratitude folder; make sure you have it when you wake up and write down some things you are grateful and thankful for. Make sure to do this before you go to sleep as well. Some days this will be easy to do and others it may be challenging, but make sure you do it no matter how tough it might be.
Now, take the Release folder and after work or in the middle of the day, grab this folder and write out all your complaints, all of your negative thoughts, feelings, and anything that is upsetting you. Big or small, right now or in the past, do not edit, just let it all flow onto the paper. With this folder, at the end of the week, we will do a release exercise. Make sure to tear out the pages at the end of each week. This will take a little time and effort but is still simple. Get a pot, a bowl, or your fireplace, and burn these pages with focused intention: “Make Peace, Release.”
Make sure you follow this every day for this month and remember I am here for you. I can already feel the negativity burning away.
Next, let’s work on shifting into our highest joy reality. Our focus will be Fun, and Joy. First thing I want you to do is to focus on comedy, watching old funny movies, the more hilarious the better. Every chance you get to focus on joy and what things bring you joy.
What songs bring you joy,
What places bring you joy
What scents bring you joy,
What colors bring you joy,
What foods bring you joy,
What activities bring you joy.
Focus on each of these things every day — for instance, you love the smell of lavender, so get the essential oil and smell it at least once a day while listening to a song that brings you joy and looking at your joyful color. The more of these things you intertwine the better. Then take ten minutes to meditate and focus on joy. Breathe that joy throughout your body and soul, deep clearing breaths with your only focus, JOY.
Let’s add the focus of beauty. It’s time to find beauty everywhere. First, watch the sunrise and sunset as much as possible. Go to the lake, go to calm, peaceful, beautiful places, make sure to take photos. Print some of the photos you find most beautiful and place them by a mirror. Sit in front of the mirror at least 2 times a day for 10 minutes and take 3 deep breaths. While looking at the photos say out loud, “The world is beautiful.” Looking into the mirror say out loud, “Life is beautiful, I am beautiful.” Then reverse by looking at the photos and say, “Life is beautiful. I am beautiful.” Looking into the mirror say, “The world is beautiful.”
Just as I said last month, it is very important at this time to do our highest work, be open to training with someone who can truly help you. The most important thing now is to be in the highest love and light space to reach that next level of consciousness. We have to let go of our lesser selves and truly love ourselves so we can love all and awaken to our highest light form.
