Introduction to Shamanism with Lisa Miller Harthun

I look forward to sharing with you the many ways that Shamanism can enrich your life, deepen your spiritual beliefs and connection to your Spirit Guides, as well as create a greater connection with the rhythm of nature.
In this experiential class, you will learn the foundation teachings of Shamanism, where we will gather in sacred circle, learn the practice of shamanic journey (a profound form of meditation with intention for healing and enlightenment on a soul level) through 3 traditional guided Shamanic Journey sessions, where you will have the opportunity to discover both your helping animal spirits and spirit guides to find out what messages, healings, and teachings they have to share with you as well as to journey on the behalf of others.

We will discuss the shamanic divination process, and heart light studies, as well as learn the practice of shamanic drum, rattle, dance, and sing healing shamanic power songs to better connect spiritually and raise your vibration.
This class is perfect for anyone that is interested in learning the basics of shamanism in a safe and inclusive environment, and is interested in attending a future Journey Circle, or Drumming event, and is prerequisite to other shamanic foundation workshops, and advanced shamanism studies. In addition, this would be a great class for anyone who has lapsed in their own Shamanic work and would like to experience a refresher in shamanism in a safe and nurturing group environment.

Open to ages 18+ only.

Lisa Harthun has been a practicing Shaman for many years trained in the teachings of modern shamanism, as well as in the Peruvian and Celtic traditions. She lovingly meets others where they are, holding space, gently walking with them through their healing journey. Her heart centered Shamanic Foundation Teachings offerings consist of workshops and courses to inspire others to connect with deep inner knowledge, sprit guides, and the wisdom and medicine of their ancestors to make meaningful and lasting changes as well as to gain greater healing and enlightenment. Sharing this beautiful healing and spiritual modality with others is always such an honor and joy for her.
