***What is a Silent Retreat?***
*A safe, sacred, intentional space for one to simply be still and reflect.*
*This is something most of us look to achieve however it can be challenging to do in our everyday hectic world… a silent retreat affords you the time and space to get away from the stresses and busyness of your daily life.*
*It offers us the opportunity to use the energy we usually devote to communication and interaction with others and channel it inward for self understanding, growth and expansion!*
*Solitude is designed for those that are ready to begin a practice of Silence, but are unsure where to start.*
*It’s also for those that have a genuine curiosity about the wholistic benefits of silence.*
*This “ Intro into Silence” will gently guide you step-by-step through the experience providing support, clarity and comfort.*
***Please bring:***
*~Blanket/Pillow*
*~ Water Bottle*
*~ Socks*
*~ We will have hot tea on hand.*
*~ We will also provide both yoga mats and padded floor cushions for your use during the retreat.*
