Join us Monday mornings at 10am for Soulful Yin Yoga.
This restorative and nourishing practice brings us home to presence.
With longer held postures that are completely passive, we can begin to deeply calm the nervous system and activate the parasympathetic response of “rest and digest”.
With the support of pillows and props, guided breath and calming sounds, this Soulful Yin experience will leave you feeling deeply relaxed.
All levels are welcome.
No yoga experience necessary.
