As women we can put so much attention on others needs while we can neglect our own.
Putting attention and care back on ourselves can truly impact all of those around us.

In our current climate right now, we are each moving at light speed. Our culture is driven by moving and doing. Build up the story then vanish the emotion entirely.

We are a culture that is destination driven. So when we get to the destination, why can’t we pause that ‘feeling?’ Isn’t that what we are
striving for? The celebration of our journey?

I LOVE celebrating people. If you know me, this is one of life’s biggest most rewarding joys! You got a job promotion, I’ll celebrate you all day. You booked a reoccurring role on Days of Our Lives, rooting for you all the way ALL DAY. You created a new boundary with your in-laws and now you feel empowered and seen, bring on the bubbly!

When people win at life, big or small, we all win. It gives us hope. An immediate connection from one heart centered space to another. So HIGHLIGHT the gloriousness of the win!!!
