In this practical workshop, ***Yoga Breathing – For Energy and Inspiration***, you will learn a specially devised set of 6 powerful breathing exercises as taught by Western Master of Yoga, Dr. George King (1919-1997) that can be performed by everyone. These can be performed quickly or slowly, and do have potent results on both the aura and physical body.
The main benefit of breathing exercises is that through controlling the breath, you can control the flow of energy through your physical and subtle bodies in a very powerful way – even bringing about states of higher consciousness and spiritual enlightenment.

Gino Scialdone has had a keen interest in yoga breathing since he was in his late teens. As an ardent student in the martial arts and many forms of yoga, he learned the importance of discipline when controlling thoughts, energy, and motive. Today he is focused on helping the world in many ways through his dedication to The Aetherius Society, which teaches a very advanced, proactive form of karma yoga. He teaches Pranayama and personal development courses and spends his spare time doing acts of charity for others.
