Autumn Equinox Sound Bath with Mama Dragon Holistic Healing

The Autumn Equinox is the astrological event where day and night are of equal length. It is a time of balance, transformation, and harvest. Utilizing various tools including quartz singing bowls, participants will be lulled into a relaxed, meditative state with the intention of balancing the energy centers of the body.
The practice of sound healing goes back hundreds of years. It
was believed that certain frequencies held healing effects by
vibrationally aligning the body with that specific tone. These same concepts are being studied and used today, with evidence pointing in the direction of positive physical and mental results.
This event will start with a brief introduction and guided breathing to allow everyone to settle in. Then, we will be moving into the sound portion beginning with tuning forks and a crystal merkaba to clear out any stagnant energies. From there, we will take a journey through different styles of bowls with a rainstick interspersed throughout. The playing of the bowls will alternate between single and dual tones, the purpose of which is to harmonize and balance the chakras, as well as the left and right sides of the body. The rainstick will clear out any heavy energies between bowl sessions, ensuring constant movement and flow during the session.
The event will draw to a close with a short Q+A session. All are welcome. Space for walk-ins will be limited, so it is encouraged to reserve your spot in advance.
