Come join me as I facilitate and mentor the group in a simple, gentle breath and meditation that brings each person to a place of Heart & Mind Coherence. It is an easy practice that can connect you to you; help open your creativity; facilitate release of anxiety. Once you gain the skills from the class you will find this meditation can be engaged and effective in very brief time.
