**What to bring**
● A yoga matt
● Your journal
● An eye mask
**A few things to note before you breathe:**
1. Be sure to create a safe and sacred space for yourself
2. Perhaps bring some things that bring you comfort (a blanket, pillow, comfy socks)
3. Be free from distractions
4. Turn your phone off or put it away, this is your time for relaxation and restoration
5. Limit water intake 1 hour before breathing
6. Be sure not to eat a heavy meal 2 hours before breathing (it might make breathing uncomfortable)

Rachael Noble was born in London, England but has spent the last 20 years in Northern California, where she discovered the healing power of breathwork. She is trained as a trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, helping individuals heal emotional wounds, regulate their nervous systems, and reconnect with themselves.
