**About Suzy Adra, PhD, RYT, CCL**
Born and raised in Lebanon and the Far East, Suzy Adra is a prolific intuitive artist, certified yoga instructor, energy healing practitioner, and trauma release facilitator. She holds a PhD from the California Institute of Integral Studies, where her dissertation, “The States of Presence and Insight in the Painting Process,” explored the profound connection between art and mindfulness.

Suzy is the founder of the Bīja Healing Sanctuary and the creatress of ArtkeyTypes, a therapeutic painting process that fosters healing and self-discovery. Her workshops in somatic movement and creative processes inspire participants to embrace and nurture their creative abilities fully.
