Yoga in the Garden

*Soulful Yin Yoga has morphed into the Garden for summer.*
**Now we have Yoga in the Garden from 11:00-12:00pm**
This is a meet you where you are practice with props, blankets, and thoughtfully curated playlists.
This class is 90% seated and works to stretch the body, mind and soul.
*Bring your yoga mat, water, journal, sunscreen and sunglasses.*
*Following class from 12:00-1:00pm is Mindful Mondays an opportunity to learn from a CenterPeace Healer while enjoying lunch.*
*An option exists for a lunch to be waiting for you to enjoy while learning:* **$25**. **Must pre-register by Sunday 12:00pm the day prior to receive preselected lunch.**
Otherwise, join us with your own lunch to learn in community.
