**About the Heart-Centered Meditation Classes:**
The Four Immeasurables—loving-kindness, compassion, empathetic joy, and equanimity—along with other heart-centered practices, offer a wide range of benefits. These include cultivating attention and emotional balance, reducing anxiety, enhancing relationships, and bringing greater purpose and meaning into life. Such meditations counteract negative emotions like anger, jealousy, and prejudice, while promoting happiness and fostering deeper connections with others.

Each session includes a short introduction to the practice, a guided meditation, and time for discussion or optional sharing. Each class will feature a different guided meditation.

***This is a 6-class series.*** Each class will be different and somewhat building on the previous one, but each class could be taken individually instead of attending all 6. Audio recordings of missed classes will be available for those who sign up for the entire series.
