My Life with Animals

As a young child, I felt alone. I was overweight and had weird hair, and my mother had strange tastes in clothing.

I felt I did not “fit in”. There was only one being who made me feel special and loved. It was “Pixie,” the cat. At an early age, I would sit for hours on the curb and pet her. She would smile and purr, and our time was special. As I grew older, I felt constantly drawn to cats, dogs, horses, birds, and butterflies. I needed them. They seemed to “know” me.

There is a saying that those of us who love animals were an animal in a previous life. I believe that because animals are like “air” to me. I need them in my life. I grew older and started to develop my psychic ability; I found that I could telepathically speak to them and they to me. They have taught me many things throughout the years. They have taught me to stay in the moment, to make time for play, to enjoy sleep, and not to worry. They have taught me that being with me is “just enough .”Nothing much more is required.

I wonder how our lives would be if we lived by these same principles. As we enter 2023, I encourage you to focus on the matters at hand.
Lift your vibration by focusing on the here and now. If you think at this moment, I have everything I need; you will find less stress and tension in your life. Take time to be with someone or some being that makes you feel special. If you don’t have that in your life, go get a cat or dog or visit a shelter. You will experience true love. If you can’t do that, watch videos on animals and see how they play. We are comprised of a spirit, and our spirit is longing for the simplicity of the “now”. Meditate on nature and get out and just breathe. 2023 can be our best year ever if we focus on our inner world, our thoughts, and our vibrations.

I spend about 4 hours a day just being with four unique beings from the animal world. Yara, my Germain shepherd, teaches me just to love; Mandy, my Samoyed, teaches me about play; Blu, my big cat, teaches me the beauty of sleep; and Daphne, my small cat, teaches me about affection and being together. Nature is always teaching us, and the animal world has many messages to bring us. I encourage you to explore this magical place this year in 2023.
