The warmth in my heart when I feel your presence. The healing of my body when I am attuned. Looking back at some past events, you were always there.
Watching the blue sky, beautiful clouds, a delight to my heart and sight.
You! Move in the stillness of nature, the trees. I feel Your presence in the woods as I walk in the silent sphere of Your consciousness, waiting for my awareness.
A guide that is always on time. The way you make me laugh, not just a smile, but an out-loud laughter.
Sitting in the sun one day, when I finally got up to go inside, a feeling came over me that I would miss the sun as winter set in. Oh, what longing to have the sun every day. A longing for warmth and joy.
One of the greatest gifts in life is to love God first and foremost, then love thyself and others.
These words come through: “Give us the strength we’ve never known we had. Give us the peace beyond all understanding. Give us the love that prefects all life. Give us an undisturbed heart in the midst of it all. Give us understanding to love all. Give us hope to face tomorrow.”
It is such contented joy to feel unconditional love for the spirit within watching over me. Just behind my eyes, close to me at all times, even as I sleep and then awaken to start a new day. Guiding and directing me, it plays with me and brings much laughter.
A Peaceful spirit flows through me like the waves of a slow-flowing river. Protects me as I walk this journey. Creative entertainment of art in the clouds, sun, moon, stars, trees, and all the creatures of the earth. What beauty to behold. Grace and mercy… There is none other.
SITTING AT THE RIVER
Sitting on a rock by the river,
Heavy waves roaring loud against the rocks.
All of a sudden, they stop…oh, what great silence.
Waves slowing down with no sound riding down the river.
And as the river flowed, I felt my heart sail!
Oh, what peace in times like these…
Blue sky, blue water, mind sailing away.
At some point, I had to come back to the present moment,
to see the here and now more clearly.
Yes, what a life living in this sphere.
Light, love, and joy to us all. May we find that holy light within each and every one of us. Let our light shine forever and always!
