Wouldn’t it be great to have access to all the wisdom and knowledge that was, is, and ever will be? If you can wrap your head around the concept of time and space only existing while in human form, imagine, if you will, the insight that your future self can share with you to help navigate your present difficulties. If only you could open that line of communication, right? The information is always there, but if you don’t try to connect to that Source, you won’t have access to those answers. Unfortunately, it can be ridiculously easy to be distracted by the busyness of life, enough to shut down that critical connection where answers and guidance can be found.
The theme for July is the Power of Understanding – the ability to know, perceive, and comprehend. These “knowings” are not derived from the brain’s analytical process, which is often the process we default to when navigating life’s circumstances. It is the subtle, internal nudge that is intended to supersede earthly knowledge and gently guide us along our way. And, when I say “subtle,” I mean it. Like a soft whisper from the other side of the room. It can go completely unnoticed and unheard if you don’t direct your attention toward it and turn down the noise around you. Even when you try to tune in and pick up on that intuitive guidance, acting on it can be another story.
If a friend provided advice to you, how likely is it that you would follow through with it? One can only assume that this would hinge upon your level of trust in that person. It’s not much different when dealing with guidance from the other side. Without a high level of trust in the Source of that “knowing, ” you’re not likely to follow the direction you’ve been provided in that whisper or nudge you’ve experienced. Just like a friend, the more time you spend with them, the more you can trust that their words of guidance will be for your highest and best. It’s the same with your connection to Spirit. With an ongoing effort to create and maintain an open line of communication, you can build trust in the information you’re picking up on. With each bit of validation that you receive, by following that Divine guidance, you’ll witness that trust and connection continue to increase to a higher level.
The messages, life events, and synchronicities on your path are subtle and not easily detected. But, when you invest the time and effort to turn down the noise in your life and tune into the guidance from beyond, you’ll build a high level of trust in the Source of all that is and comfort as you move forward in life.
