Just gaze upon the beautiful Bleu Lace Agate and you can see why it is said to be a stone for calming influences when peaceful, cool energy is required. A striking variety of quartz, this stone is known for its beautiful, soft, rich blue color. The quartz grows intermixing with Chalcedony, to form this unique and somewhat rare stone.

Blue stones encourage the flow of energy and naturally resonate with the throat chakra. But few have the cooling, calming properties of Blue Lace Agate. It is primarily useful in matters of expression and communication. If we are safe to speak and express, our throat is open and vibrant and has balanced energy.

Unfortunately, for a lot of us, honest expression has been stifled, resulting in suppressed anger, resentment, and even rage! When suppressed long enough, we might eventually “explode” in violent, angry outbursts. Use Blue Lace Agate to calm this energy, cool the anger and balance the energy of the throat chakra.

If you are swallowing your feelings, beliefs, thoughts and dreams, try this:
Lie quietly in a warm, comfortable place. Place a piece of Blue Lace Agate at the base of your throat. Watch your breath. Inhale slowly and intend to breathe in balanced, honest expression. Exhale slowly, intending to let go of all that blocks your clear expression. Breathe in and feel the throat chakra come into harmony and balance,. Breathe out, letting go of all fear of expressing your thoughts, feelings and desires. Continue this process and soon you will notice the throat releases the pent up energy and you feel ease and oneness. Find your voice! Safe to express!
