IMAGINE A WORLD OF ONENESS

As a minister, I have always yearned for a greater awareness of our spiritual Truth and a desire to understand the scientific relationship to our universe, today I’m excited that we are on the brink of witnessing the merging of these two fields of study, Science and Spirituality.

These Ideals long thought to be separate are actually proving our Oneness and bridging the gaps of separation that have long held us at odds.

Now we are seeing views of the world changing from an outdated form of disconnection and separation, which often pitted science against spirituality, to a more enlightened view on the “Oneness of the universe” argued by great thinkers like Isaac Newton and Nicolaus Copenicus.

Spiritual views of the religious communities throughout the world are changing also from a concept of one God that was divided into denominations based on language, baptism, and belief to simply the concept of One that includes all of humanity.

Today, we are embarking on a new journey of spirituality and science that is breaking down these old concepts of thought, and ideas. Instead of seeing our spiritual community through separate eyes, and separate gods we realize that there is only One Presence, One Power active in this universe. Those ideas of a god that is selective of only a few, or a god that is only found in certain countries, or an idea that sees god in a distance place, these are out-going concepts very similar to the outdated concept of the Earth as the center of the universe in Newton’s day.

Science is bridging this gap and bringing us into a greater awareness and understanding of our spirituality. Quantum physics shows us the interconnectedness of our universe, the same connectedness that we share with this divine presence that we have termed God. A connectedness that Jesus spoke of when he declared our Oneness with the Father, a connectedness that binds the very cells of our body together for establishment of our being.

This evolution of science and spirituality that we’re experiencing has been unfolding throughout the past century. With a better understanding coming from studies of certain metaphysicians such as Charles Fillmore, who saw universe as a reflection of Divine Mind. Metaphysics blends both science and spirituality, seeing beyond the literal and material world of the universe and probing deeper into the spiritual and cellular realm of the universe.

Author Lynn McTaggert in her book “The Field” stated “In this special time of human history science and spirituality are converging into a grand new vision. In the past decades quantum science has demonstrated unequivocally that our physical reality cannot be separated from our conscious awareness of it.”

We should all welcome this moment in our history as a new era of life dawning upon us, opening the doors of our consciousness to the Oneness of the universe that we all share. This awaking that we’re sharing together is the foundation that bridge that connects between our heart and our head, our mind and our spirit, to the oneness of our God connectedness.

Personally; I am applauding this new understanding where we will no longer see the world in a consciousness of disconnectedness. Imagine the opportunity that we are embarking upon, experiencing a world where we no longer see one another other by the color of our skins with its categorical divisions trapped by perception. Imagine the joy we will share as we see and know each other in our divine connectedness.

As those illumined scientist such as American Physicist Barbara Brennan continue exploring this new world of quantum physics they are bring forward the awareness that demonstrates the oneness of who we are as God’s children, she states …

“Quantum physics is beginning to realize that the Universe appears to be a dynamic web of interconnected and inseparable energy patterns. If the universe is indeed composed of such a web, there is logically no such thing as a part. This implies we are not separated parts of a whole but rather we are the Whole.”

Imagine the moment when we will truly realize that there is only One presence and One Power active in this universe and within us, joined together by a collective web that binds us in a oneness with all life.

I would like to echo the words of John Lennon who in his spiritual insight saw this quantum experience.

“Imagine there’s no heaven

It’s easy if you try
