Release and Redirect

Your thoughts are very powerful and capable of making great changes.  Learning how to harness those thoughts can provide the key to living a great life. This is why practices, such as guided imagery, hypnotherapy, and even affirmations, are known to be so effective. As an experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, I can clearly see how the power of thought energy can work to heal the body, mind, and spirit. In my years of experience, I’ve witnessed miracles take place within my office, just by helping people shift their mindset through the use of spiritual guidance and hypnotherapy.

Most people’s understanding of how Hypnosis works has unfortunately been based on Hollywood’s misleading interpretations, so I’d like to provide a short overview of the process here.  The subconscious mind drives the way that you respond to life’s situations based on the beliefs it holds within it. Your belief system has been formed by all of the experiences you’ve absorbed throughout your existence. When the SC mind creates unwanted behaviors, it can oftentimes be thought of as the “bad guy”, but it’s really just following through with those deeply embedded beliefs that it holds as its truths.

For example, a person who “believes” that they will never experience a loving relationship will empower their SC mind to sabotage any opportunities that could lead down that path. A child who has been repeatedly told that they are not worthy will turn into an adult who lacks self-confidence due to self-defeating beliefs about their capabilities. The energy of your thoughts is fully capable of fueling situations and circumstances into being. This applies to beliefs that you are consciously aware of, as well as those that are hidden from conscious awareness and held deep within the SC mind.  However, those negative, self-destructive beliefs can be altered by a trained Hypnotherapist through the use of carefully worded suggestions, allowing you to redirect your life in a positive way.

Hypnosis is not at all like being placed under anesthesia. The recipient always has complete control and will never do or say anything against their own will.  It’s really just a deep state of relaxation, which allows suggestions to bypass the conscious mind in order to affect positive change on the SC mind.

Now that you basically know how it works, there’s one more fact that I’d like to share.  Many people are shocked to hear that Hypnotherapy can be done just as effectively at a distance. In fact, the more relaxed a person is, the more likely it is that the process will be successful. Not surprisingly, many people find it easier to get deeply relaxed while at home, reclining on their own couch or bed during their session.  Feedback from clients who have experienced it both ways shows that initial skepticism over remote Hypnotherapy is released when they see how much more comfortable they can become while in their home environment during a session.

There is a short list of criteria that must be met in order to be a prime candidate for remote Hypnotherapy. First, the recipient must have a strong internet signal to provide the best opportunity for uninterrupted service. Next, it’s important to have a quiet, private room where they won’t be disturbed by outside noises, pets, or other people. Finally, the camera on their phone, computer, or tablet must be positioned so that the Hypnotherapist can clearly view them. It’s important that the client be watched for specific signals and reactions during the process.  If you can meet those requirements, you can confidently receive effective Hypnotherapy from the comfort of your home.

Having successfully worked with clients all around the world, I encourage those who are interested in releasing the self-limiting beliefs that may be holding them back to give it a try.  Hypnosis allows the recipient to release blocks that exist beyond conscious awareness and can create the desired changes within only a few relaxing sessions.

If this sounds appealing, I’d love to offer you a one-on-one consultation.  Learn how changing your thoughts can change your life for the better.  Make 2026 your best year yet!  Wishing you a year of positive transformation and growth. Blessings!
