With my face pressed to my mama, I welcomed the remembrance of my body being inside her.
I followed that awaiting
embodied frequency.
And then from there,
I welcomed the memory of my body being the elements of the Earth.
From there, I gently felt into that ancient-now-wisdom of the earth elements being a part of the universe.. .feeling both expansive and sovereign.
And then, from there, I felt all the components of the universe being me and not me.
Embodied Oneness
Going down to go up,
you taste, feel, and know God
When you drink the water of Creation, you no longer need to compare, compete, or be threatened by others’ opinions.
Plants and elements of nature literally hold our light.
Plants are the ultimate tantric masters.

Embodied psychology and nature helps you to integrate the Real You ….into you.
Your True Self, Authentic Self, includes your ecological identity

Nature is the literal root of your spiritual expansion
The horizontal axis stabilizes the vertical.
The Yin feeds the Yang.

In that holy marriage of yin/yang within, you rebirth your divinity, seeking to be rediscovered
The Yang without the Yin becomes action without inspiration, dominance, and control.
Those courageous enough to cultivate the Yin…will heal humanity, mid-wife-their Soul and make manifest their dreams
The Divine Feminine Shaman within is not about gender but rather the rebalancing of yin-yang, sacredness of nature, body sovereignty, and a sensual felt knowledge of God.
Try to save your little Life,
or you will lose it—but if you give your Life over to (love, authentic self, beauty, true self, Christ, natural law..*names for same thing),
you will have Life eternal…. You have the Real You.
All the components of Life Divine already within, awaiting your yield. The acorn dies to become the oak.
In a conscious embodied surrender-you realize you already have everything.
Then, all you do and speak, —makes manifest prosperity, love, and beauty in your Life and world.
Self-love is not about getting so good at loving yourself. True loving of all parts of yourself allows a felt knowing of your True Self. Having full access to ALL parts of yourself is healing Repressing your true desires, anger, rage or grief and your repress your creativity, joy and the flow of Life. Gaining the tools of embodied connection, self-love, and mentorship can free you of lifelong destructive patterns.
