Using Crystals to Enhance our Leadership Skills

Leadership is a quality we’ll all have to embody at some point in life. There are many types of scenarios where leadership is required. Crystals are a great benefit, enhancing our strengths, confidence, and power, helping us reach our highest potential.
Sunstones’ main property that it transmits is leadership, by strengthening our confidence and leadership abilities. Sunstone opens and clears all of our chakras and auras, filling them with rainbow orange sparkle. It strengthens from within our confidence, power, leadership talents, skills, cheerfulness, and is protective. Carrying it on you or wearing it as jewelry are easy ways to reap the benefits.
Part of being a good leader is having the highest intentions for the highest best of all concerned. Malachite’s energy aligns our right will with the divine will of the Creator. It also opens all our chakras, enhancing our psychic abilities. Malachite aids in bringing clarity for the next steps to take when leading ourselves as well as others. Carnelian is another great stone for strengthening our leadership talents in creative ways. It’s a great benefit to use as an elixir due to its nature of increasing physical energy and passion. It energizes and balances the sacral chakra.
Blue or gold topaz transmit a lot of energy, helping us maintain and sustain our leadership energy for long time periods. Topaz aligns, balances and clears all of our auras and chakras. Wearing or carrying topaz on you is a good way to work with it. If the type of leadership required is at work, Chrysocolla opens and clears our throat chakra, aiding us to speak clearly with compassion. Celestite is a good mineral to use in the office, enhancing clear communication and good listening. It also radiates cohesiveness and peace in an environment.
