What Are We Creating?

This article came about through a dear friend who asked me, “What are we creating?” My wheels began to turn, and here we go, riding with Spirit.

What are our thoughts, our actions, and the words that we speak? Let’s try to create and live in a world of universal harmony and try to gain greater awareness of who we are. We are divine beings with great minds to create a better world for ourselves and others. Let us be real, let go of all superficiality, and be in truth with all things and people.

Thought is a process of thinking; it is a great power and can be used positively or negatively. We choose! We could use this mind power for the greater good of ourselves and all people. I was led to read a book I’ve had for over thirty years and found this inspiring quote by Rebecca: “There is always something beautiful to be found if you will look for it.” Concentrate your thoughts on the good, beautiful, and true things of life rather than the reverse. This positive, loving attitude of mind towards life and people will help you to perceive the presence of God, be active in your life, help you to utilize your vital life force wonderfully, and put into operation the divine magic that opens all doors.”

This is a process for all of us – myself included. It is not easy at times. We are not perfect yet. We can begin to work on it day by day. What are we reaching toward? Do we want hatred, unkindness, lack of joy, and lack of love, or do we want goodness for all people? Sometimes, as I awaken in the morning, words flow through me, and I start writing. This came through recently: “I will give my best to those who approach me. I will pause every instance I can to ask of myself what good I can do in any given situation. I will pray at times of uncertainty. I will stay in my lane. I will be Beautiful, Open, Loveable, and Divine in all my encounters with others as best I can. Today, I am forever changed!”

Let’s be kind, not to be of show but to shine our light on all. We are not here to look like someone else but to be uniquely ourselves. We are the error of our own ways. We could get quiet, go into the stillness, and find our way back to wholeness and the Greater Self.

As I was walking with a friend one day, she asked me, “When do we learn how to love? Let’s start with loving ourselves first; then, we can extend that love to all people we come in contact with. Here is another waking morning thought: “How do we walk in a world of frailties and still have the strength to love and stay strong?”

When will we learn to love? When will we let go, trust, and allow the Great Spirit of love to take over and heal our lives? To all the Presidents and Politicians: When are you going to love and treat all of us as a people with kindness and honesty? We need true and honest people in power. Let’s surrender so we can create a world of more love, peace, and harmony for all souls!

May we all find our way. Love and blessings to all.

RIDING WITH SPIRIT

Slowly driving with the flow of the traffic,

Aware of life and Spirit.

Listening to the music of life,

Looking at the trees swaying back and forth,

Waving to those in sight,

With a smile that takes you for miles.

Driving peacefully, enjoying the ride,

Knowing that Spirit is by our side.

Being alive and wowed with the Spirit within.

Hello world, let’s go forward in this time,

With the high of the Divine without the wine.

Being forever in our strongest mind,

Where the glory of life is bound and safe,

To keep us in place.

Let’s ride the wind of peace and grace.

Good day to all people, as we live together in this space.
