Women are leading the way into the new world. This is our job; I call it midwifing. Though woman may feel we don’t have as much power and authority in the world as men do, don’t fall prey to that illusion. The power that women possess is exactly what is needed. The trick is for us to learn to use our power in ways that provide the needed influence.
I love the new balance in male/female roles that I am witnessing in many young families. As we ascend, our gender roles come into balance. We increasingly embody the best qualities of both.
Society has trained woman through the generations to be less than our potential. We have compensated for our limited roles by being so deeply involved in lives of others that even empowered woman still act in ways which are co-dependent and mutually disempowering.
Women need to learn to nurture through our wholeness and strength rather than because we need to be needed to feel deserving of love. Being committed to our wholeness spiritually, emotionally, mentally, and physically can replace sacrificing our own greater good because others are dependent on us who really need to direct their own lives. Letting others make mistakes is part of that.
Women are typically more intuitive and empathic. Frequently guided by heart and Higher Self more easily than men. These are higher vibration qualities which make it easier for us to remember we are Spirit Beings living human lives. The new world is more spiritual than physical. To provide leadership into the new world experience, woman need to recall our eternal, spiritual, wise, loving selves, and release old-world fears and obsessions. This requires a commitment to following our Inner Wisdom, which is one with our Higher Selves and found most easily within our hearts.
If we continue to follow the status quo of human societal and familial norms, we may be too busy pleasing others, or helping them to “succeed” to own the needed woman power within us. And if we are being co-dependent with those we love, we are not only disempowering ourselves, we are disempowering them. Co-dependency has been running rampant in our society, and people often don’t recognize it.
Think of “hover-parenting” as one example of co-dependent behavior which has been encouraged in our old-world culture. This is an obsession with a child that distracts a woman from stepping up to her potential and interferes with the child finding their own inner strength and Inner Wisdom.
In the new world, every individual will be a sovereign being—their own authority. Each will be fully unique and learn to co-create their lives directed by Inner Wisdom and higher self.
To grow your woman power, make a committed time daily to unify with your Inner Wisdom and Higher Self. Ideally, this time is before you get busy in your day. If you put it off for later, life can so easily derail your good intentions. A little less sleep is more than compensated for by the increase of inner strength, wisdom, and true authority within your life. You will end up with more time and energy.

As more women dedicate themselves to this amazing journey of empowerment and ascension, our world will more easily let go of the insanity of war, fear, greed, hatred, bigotry, and environmental destruction. It will ascend into co-creative beauty and love.
It is time now. This must be done, and women are the leaders that will make this change. Not by fighting the old or being better at the old roles. No. It will be done by stepping into our true and empowered wholeness, unifying spirit, soul, and body. Then, the old will dissolve, and the new will be born.
This is a period of paradigm shift. The way things have been is passing away. Women can be midwives helping raise the vibration of life to ascend into a place more spiritual—a reality of unconditional love, co-creating life in harmony with the greatest good. When you see the increasing dysfunction of the old world, don’t judge it. Recognize that it is sick and dying. Focus on birthing the beautiful love which is present within each soul. Know that unconditional love is the seed of the One which we each hold within us. Each seed is unique and has a perfect place within the wholeness of life.
As women, we can nurture that unique, invaluable seed within ourselves and within others. We can empower and believe in others without needing to control them. Committing to that, our clarity and authority grows. People begin to listen to us, and we can influence the world in amazing ways.
