The journey of life presents challenges we think we can’t handle or overcome on our own. Perhaps this is a message that we should bring our Higher Power into it. If we could do it all from our human ego successfully, would we remember that there is more going on here than just our human personality and all our wants and needs?
We are co-creators with God. These bodies, minds and hearts, instincts and lives were developed by the level of our being which is God conscious. Everything exists for a purpose, there is no mistake. You can trust that higher power within you to drive your life if you will let it. You really just have to show up and do your best. Your mind and emotions, and the circumstances of your life are vehicles for God if you allow that Higher Power into them and don’t try to do it all from your human mind and will.
There is a balance that we can find within which allows us to have faith, to hold within ourselves a place of peace through our challenges. That balance is God within you; it is your Higher Power. If we believe that our thoughts and emotions are the absolute authority for creating our reality we are stuck in an impossible wheel going round and round, because people have negative thoughts and feelings, they exist within the human experience. If you welcome God into your thoughts and emotions, exactly as they are, whether positive or negative, asking that those powerful energies be ascended into the hands of God within your life, then miracles can happen. Think of the emotions and thoughts as the steering wheel and gas pedal of your car, there is power there, acknowledge your Higher Power within your heart, head, hands and feet and let God within you drive.
When we co-create with God, we have to be open to experience what comes to us and believe that God in us can use everything for a higher good. Giving that Higher Power authority to work through things as they are, we are blessed to find that everything leads to good. Circumstances lead us in directions that our mind may not have thought of, but which turn out better than if we had designed them solely from an ego perspective.
Likewise, if you’ve made choices in your life that you think aren’t good, let God into them and trust that Higher Power to use things as they are for the greater good. I always figure that my God consciousness which created me exactly as I am, knows my weaknesses and must have factored them into the plan for my life, so I can rest in faith that somehow it will all work out. There’s a reason for my strengths and my weaknesses.
So before you project your plans for your life and try to make it happen solely by the power of your mind and ego, invite God into them. Sit down with God within your own soul and ask for clarity of direction. Invite that Higher Power within to direct your thoughts and desires; to use them to guide you to what is best for you. Then, go ahead and meditate on what you’d like to have in your life and give the power into God’s hands to manifest what should be. Ask that you get exactly what you need for the highest good of all. Then watch what life brings you. Pay close attention to what feels right, not just what you want, but that deep sense of inner direction where you just know. Do your best in every way you can and then wait for things to come to focus within your life. Step by step you’ll find your direction, feeling your way through the truth in each moment.
When God within is directing your life, there will be steps along the way that you didn’t expect, but that you need. The journey is often more important than the goal because that is where you are building your soul muscles and gaining the skill to co-create your life with God. That is what you are here for, to develop that unity to the point where God and you are functioning as one. That takes practice, and your life is exactly the journey that you need to gain it.
In our evolution on the planet, many of us are experiencing a process we call ascension. Our energy is shifting into a vibration where we are increasingly aware psychically, and this allows us to join more deeply with our God within our human body, emotion, mind, and aura. As you experience this awakening, look for answers from within yourself rather than seeking outer guidance, so you can build that relationship with the higher power and wisdom that exists within yourself. Trust the authority of your inner wisdom, where you know what is true, even if it isn’t what your mind wants, and in so doing you will build your skills of co-creation with God. Increasingly you’ll find the satisfaction of being whole, of living with faith and joy and the true life purpose that only you can fulfill.
