The Fall Equinox is a great time to reflect on the first half of the year, what you have learned, and how you have grown from what you have harvested in your life. It is a time to be grateful for all you have sown into your life. This period of self-reflection allows us to delve deep into our experiences, understand our growth, and appreciate the lessons we’ve learned.
Ask yourself what you have learned this year. What challenges have I overcome so far? Think of what the year has sown for you so far. Ask yourself what you have brought into your life. Have gratitude, and realize how awesome you really are! Own your connection to the Universe and know you have unlimited access to much wisdom and balance.
Fall is a time to rejuvenate yourself in every way, spiritually, emotionally and physically. I love fall, a walk with a sweatshirt on and looking at the color changes, orange, reds, and brown. The leaves melt into Mother Earth and regenerate like you can this fall. Fall is a time to relax, eat comfort foods, and rest. A time of reflection over what you have harvested in your life. Enjoying apple cider and cinnamon sugar donuts by a fire with a warm cozy blanket are all a wonderful part of fall. It’s a season that brings a sense of hope and optimism as nature shows us how to rejuvenate and start anew. Connecting to Mother Earth and enjoying her bounty in every way. Happy fall & many blessings.
