May we have grace, truth and integrity upon us. Guide us in all our ways, my days, my life-in my spoken words. Guide Thy my sight, my steps-comings and goings; my thoughts, my health. Guide Thy my heart, mind, body and soul.
When we attune to the Spirit within we feel the wonder workings in our hearts. The grace from living in truth and staying truthful to Self. Open our eyes so that we may see the cosmic skys, the earthly goings and comings of the life we have been given.

Thank you for your awareness, for the birds of the air;
For the trees that stand and stare.
Eyes to see the sights, sunshine on my face.

A bird chasing a squirrel at ground level, oh what laughter.
