Hello, my name is Ben. I’m the new Greenhouse Director at Creative Health Institute. I’m also an experienced juicer and microgreen grower. Being from the Midwest, I know how important a good story is, so let me tell you a little about myself…

I first became interested in nutrition when I was 14 years old, and I began selling vitamins for a home-based business my parents were involved in. Once I realized that I wasn’t really getting the promised benefits, I began exploring other natural health modalities. I tried everything from meditation to vegetarianism, from Ayurveda to Chinese herbs. Although I experienced some value from everything I tried and learned a lot along the way, I still felt something was missing. In college, I continued to search for the missing link, exploring every shelf of Whole Foods, researching and trying every supplement, tea, powder, and magic tonic on the market, but still feeling lost at sea.

Enter, wheatgrass and sprouts. These primal, essential, superior foods quickly became my main squeeze—literally!

After experiencing their powerful benefits, I began growing them in my home and making green juices daily. These little micro-greens are nutritional powerhouses full of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and chlorophyll that even offer a stimulating effect, much like coffee, but with none of the jitters or crashes.

As a lifelong experimenter I have searched for the best; the things in life that are simple, easy, and yet very powerful. As far as food goes, this is it. And once I realized this, I felt a responsibility to share this with as many people as possible.

That is why I joined the staff at the Creative Health Institute where wheatgrass, sprouts, and other superfoods are the cornerstone of the food pyramid.

I’m honored to be in a place with such a long legacy of service to wellness. I’m inspired by their resilient spirit and am excited to have the privilege of teaching you everything that I’ve learned about living a life of not merely surviving but rather thriving—both on the inside and the outside.

We live in an exciting time where more and more people are becoming aware of the importance of nutrition and digestive health. And I can safely say that if you’re not yet a believer, after experiencing the taste and aliveness as well as the pure and satisfying food grown in our greenhouse, and the resulting strength of body and clarity of mind, you will be!

Come by and see me in the greenhouse! I look forward to meeting you!
