Manifesting Made Easy

I love simplicity! Sometimes reading a self-help book can become overwhelming for me because there can be numerous steps to follow. My brain goes into overload mode. I need to alter the things I do in life and make the process simple. This way I can finish my tasks and keep up with my daily responsibilities.

I don’t believe the things we do in life should take a lot of time to accomplish. Time is precious, and if wasted you cannot get it back. I have simplified my morning routine, exercise program, affirmations, manifesting, and other various activities. I do this through intense focus. Just because you spend an excessive amount of time getting something done doesn’t make it better. It is the quality of time spent.

The most important thing we do daily is manifest, and we don’t realize we are doing it. Our thoughts create our reality yet we ignore what we are thinking. We stay on autopilot with the subconscious switch stuck in the on position. It seems like most of my life I would unconsciously let my thoughts take over and attract circumstances and situations I didn’t need. Until one day, listening to a favorite author of mine, I had a ‘light bulb’ moment. I was creating my difficulties by not managing my thoughts.

Manifestation means bringing something into reality or a visible or tangible expression of something. Many people do not manifest properly. This technique does not need to be a long drawn out process. The universe knows what is in your heart and your best interest. However, what you think about, you get. You need to control your chaotic thinking. Here are a few more definitions for some of the words you may not clearly understand.

Focus: the state or quality of having or producing clear visual definition
Intention: a thing intended; an aim or plan
Affirm: state as a fact; assert strongly and publicly
Visualize: form a mental image of; imagine
Let It Go: choose not to react to an action or remark

Now, I will share my simple steps of manifesting that I call, Manifesting Management (M&M). I call it this because it reminds me of M&M candies. Yes, I like the candy as a treat sometimes because it is sweet, and so is this technique. The manifestation method should not take you more than five minutes if you are a self-aware individual. If not, learn to relax and tune into how your body expresses itself so that you can feel its sensations. Such as happy, relaxed, stressed, pain, etc.

M&M
TAKE 3 DEEP BREATHS & SLOWLY RELAX YOUR MIND, BODY, AND SPIRIT
FOCUS & SET YOUR INTENTION
VISUALIZE & FEEL YOUR INTENTION IN YOUR BODY, HEART & SOUL
AFFIRM IT IS DONE
GIVE IT TO THE UNIVERSE; LET IT GO
GIVE DAILY GRATITUDE AS IF YOUR INTENTION HAS MANIFESTED
(THANK YOU FOR…)

Once you let it go, you need to leave it alone. Let the universe do its job. If you keep requesting it, this shows a lack of trust, and it cannot manifest. Last but not least, your intention will manifest when you are in alignment with it.
