I recently met a little girl; her mother said the meaning of her name was Light. I smiled and said, “Wow, the meaning of my name is Truth.” Shortly after leaving, I stopped at a store to look around. In the first aisle I walked down, I saw an angel with the words: (Send forth your Light and your Truth; let them guide me.) Psalm 43:3. Of course, I purchased it; I was in awe all day, and the wheels started turning again-this is how this article came about.
FOREVER UNFOLDING
Forever unfolding in the Light,
Spirit comes to me day and night,
Speaking words of comfort,
Keeping me forever in thy sight.
Forever Living, forever giving,
Letting life unfold within me.
Touching me with tenderness,
Flourishing me with love…
Beyond the heavens above,
Unfolding forever like the Light of a dove.
Bringing purity forever pure,
Forever unfolding, forever more.
We can all be of Truth and Light if we choose to be so. We could surround ourselves with good energy to lift our vibrations to a higher consciousness. The more we live in Truth every day, the more advanced we become and closer to the Divine nature of the Spirit within. It can also lead us to a true deeper love and abounding faith to a path of regeneration where we grow and become true to ourselves. When in Truth, all things work in our favor, even in the seemly negative encounters.
We all have a purpose here: to find our Truth. You are not alone when you are doing your best to live in Truth and Light; we are never alone. Think and ask for guidance; be your own best friend by loving yourselves unconditionally. Be the Light and Truth to all, no matter the consciousness.
Most of us straddle the fence and make excuses. Whole heart-to-heart Truth can’t mix with nothing but Truth. Excepting the Truth sets us free; the Truth releases deception in our lives. Your Truth may not be mine, and my Truth may not be yours; when we live and accept our own Truth (Self), we marvel at the will of Spirit with joy.
There is a time in life when we all need true peace, love, freedom, and healing so that we may move beyond all matter, time, and space to see with complete clarity our lives…the true nature of Spirit in our souls, living peacefully and wanting focus to recognize it’s source within, which is all healing, all loving and divine.
Truth is eternal, the inner wisdom of humans, and nature’s eternal guidance. We could all accept the Self) unconditionally, your Truth can only be found within the Self; laugh at Self…try to be your best at all times, don’t beat up on Yourself, strive to do and be better, and Build a character that you like and adore. Let’s search for Spirit and Nature, finding Truth, stillness, life, comfort, guidance, and healing. The Truth will set us Free. Every day is a new day to work on our Truth!

When I see you… I smile.
If I feel… you are sad, I wish you happiness.
When I see you are not feeling well… I wish you healing.
I greet you with: Hello, Hi, Have a good day, I love you!
This is what my heart sends to you all.
This is what brings them blissful peace and contented joy.

There is a saying: I am the Truth and the Light. I’m sure most of us have all heard. Let’s be of Light and Truth to all. Be the beauty in the flower, bring forth Light and love. Truth, Light and Love to us all!
THE OCEAN WAVES
As I stood looking out at the ocean,
A feeling of the ocean calming my body, heart, Spirit, soul, my mind.
The ocean wave ‘oh, that you would be so kind.
As I listen to the waves, start to calm,
I looked up and see birds flying in-sink with one another.
I hear the ocean roar and my soul begin to soar.
