As a Health and Wellness Coach with extensive experience, I believe a comprehensive health coaching program should address the whole person—body, mind, and spirit. Here’s what a well-rounded health coaching program should include:

Step 1: RENEW – The Power of Food as a Foundation

A health coaching program should start with a focus on nutrition. This includes a customized detoxification plan to accelerate weight loss, detoxify, cleanse, and purify the body. A foundational food plan should be tailored to each individual, incorporating a balance of proteins, fats, carbohydrates, vegetables, fruits, and grains. Education on choosing, cooking, and eating healthier is essential, including understanding the benefits of organic foods, cooking with healthy oils, improving digestion, and eating healthily on a budget.
