This could be very uncomfortable, but believe me, it will be one of the best things you’ve ever done!
Hello my friends,
Hope everyone is loving and enjoying the exercises we’ve been doing. This month I’m going to ask you to do something that feels very uncomfortable for most. Think about it, what is the most difficult thing for most of us to do?
Take care of ourselves first!
We seem to have a built-in program that it is selfish to put ourselves first. This could not be any further from the truth. If we do not take care of ourselves and elevate to our highest potential, we are actually cheating the consciousness, all of humankind. We are now in the time of genius and it is more important now than ever before to find our true path.
Let’s do 3 things this month.
First, do something that you loved to do as a child. Second, do something that can help you elevate and find your true genius. Third, do something to take care of yourself, really spoil yourself, get a massage or a healing session or something else that makes you feel taken care of.
Let’s now expand this to do a smaller, simpler form of each of the 3 things, every day for the entire month. And continue with the exercises from last month.
As always, it is very important to read and share this as much as possible, it will help you, your path, your awakening, your enlightenment and your truest service to the Universe.
