The Akashic Records, Past Lives, Karma & You

Written in a particular book, are all of your deeds, thoughts, actions and lives. Kind of scary isn’t it! Or, exciting depending on how you look at it. The Akashic Records contain information on every single person who has ever lived. In the Bible in Revelations 20:12, “And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened, and another book was opened, which is the book of life.” The Book of Life and the Akashic Records are interchangeable terms, listed in many ancient texts across the globe. Akasha is Sanskrit for boundless space.

What is exciting about the Akashic Records is that they can be predictors of our future behavior. When we decide to exercise our free will, we can change what will be written in our own personal book of life this time around. There are future possibilities depending on our daily actions, thoughts and deeds. We can realize the patterns in our life that we are repeating and change them for the better.

Connecting with our own personal Akashic Records is possible through meditation, and asking the files to be open to us for review and soul growth. Say the following affirmation – state that you want to view the Akashic Records for ___________ (state your full legal name). Viewing the records will be for the highest good of your soul.

Imagine that you are going up marble stairs (I always go up the number of stairs for the amount of years that I have lived in this lifetime). When you reach the top of the stairs, open the doors to the beautiful library and walk over to a great book on a white marble pedestal; it is already open to your life at the present moment. Meditate on your present situation and the lessons you need to learn for soul growth. Ask to see the outcomes of your future decisions and if you need to change a pattern of behavior, to be able to evolve and self-actualize in this lifetime. Do this for 30 minutes or so; close the book when you are done, then walk back through the front doors and down the stairs. Open your eyes and come back to the present moment. Have gratitude for what you have learned about yourself. Journal what messages you received and any thoughts that come to you suddenly.

Past lives have formed your present soul and the karma you are living, breathing and creating through your actions at this present time. Karma is the sum of a person’s actions in this life and previous lives, predicting the fate in future lives. So, choose to be the best you in 2016; love yourself and be true to yourself. Please yourself first and listen to your soul daily. Decide what you want your future self to be and create it today.
