It’s time to stand up and make a difference. We’re at an amazing point in time, when the collective consciousness is growing at a rapid pace. As each individual begins to connect with their higher self and gain the ability to see beyond this physical realm, there is a responsibility that accompanies this gift.
Opening up to Spirit is a wonderful thing. We celebrate this “awakening” in our lives, as well as in the lives of others. This shared experience has resulted in a growing number of individuals being drawn together. At these gatherings, people are able to share their amazing breakthroughs and stories in a judgment-free environment. It’s a great way to support each other and provide assistance to those who desire a deeper understanding of what they’re going through. However, there comes a time when we must venture outside of these comfortable circles of like-minded individuals to touch the lives of others. And, I believe, that time is now.
When we look back at the great prophets who walked the earth, we see one thing in common. Each of them used their time to share their teachings with those who needed them most, providing insight, knowledge, compassion and guidance to those who had lost their way. Imagine if each of these great spiritual leaders had decided to only spend their time with like-minded individuals, instead of reaching out to touch the lives of others.
As someone who’s been blessed with the ability to communicate beyond the veil, I clearly understand the courage it takes to step out into society and open up about your gifts and new-found knowledge. When I opened up, I felt a weight had been lifted and a tremendous shift occurred in my life. While many friends and family members lovingly accepted me, there were those who weren’t comfortable and backed away. However, by openly embracing my gifts, my life has been fuller and richer than I could ever have imagined. New friendships have been forged and an amazing sense of purpose has evolved.
We can no longer allow ourselves to be driven by judgment and fear. This planet needs healing and we all have a responsibility to play a part in that process. Networking amongst other Lightworkers offers valuable opportunities for growth. But, now is the time to step outside of those circles in order to affect positive, loving change on this planet, and to all who call it home.
While it’s easy to get angry about the state of the world, that response will only exacerbate the problem. The only way to truly diffuse anger and hatred is with kindness, compassion and love. With kind, loving, actions and words we can shine light into the darkness and become catalysts for positive change.
As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “Darkness cannot drive out darkness: only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate: only love can do that.” Lead with your words. Lead by example. Be what you want to see in the world. Namaste’
