“Then the LORD God … breathed into [man’s] nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living being.” Genesis 2:7
It is said that we are gods. And if this is so, then we have the power to create as God did. And the Lord Jesus said in Matthew 17:20 “If you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.”
Breathing As One With God
“Nothing will be impossible for you.” Powerful words. What is the link of power between breath and life?
The word ‘Spirit’ comes from the Latin Spiritus which translates as the “animating life force for all of life.” It is related to the Latin Spirare, “to breathe.” Spiritus (Spirit) by extension means “breathing the breath of God.”
The ancient ones who developed our language held the thought and experience that breath and spirit were one. They accessed Spirit and became one with Spirit through the breath. In the same manner the Masters of old used the breath we too can use the breath as a catalyst for transformation, inspiration, creation and ascension.
Most People Create Unconsciously; Do You?
The vast majority of humanity creates unconsciously. Not You! No More! Being a conscious creator will uplift you, all those you are in relationship with and all life on this planet!
Conscious creation is not about getting more stuff, a bigger house or a better car, but it can be. Rather, it is more about aligning with Source Energy to tap into the pool of unlimited possibility to create beyond your wildest imaginings. It is about increasing your consciousness to evolve yourself and the planet. It is about creating what you desire, rapidly and with ease. Can you imagine the joy of co-creating with God the good, the holy and the beautiful? You will literally be co-creating heaven on earth.
How Can I Do That, You Might Wonder?
Since every breath is a creative choice, knowing how to use the breath is key to your mastery as a conscious creator. The breath allows you to tap into and align with the energy that creates universes. When you are in alignment, all power is made unto you and you can relax into knowing and trust. The Universe will deliver without struggle.
How Can It Get Any Better Than That?
Creation energy is threefold:
1. Creation – the inbreath
2. Uncreation/detachment/destruction – the outbreath
3. The void/the pool of infinite potential – the gap, the silence and stillness within
These three forces are easily mirrored with the breath. We call it the Triangle Breath of Creation.
For most, the hardest part is letting go of limiting beliefs, thoughts and attitudes that prevent you from creating experiences that delight you. You must uncreate and destroy your current beliefs. Are you ready for that?
Conscious Creation Using The Breath Means You Can
· Unwind roadblocks to your desired creations as you come to understand how you sabotage your happiness.
· Align your energy with the flow of creation as you come to understand that in all of life there is a rhythm, a cycle of birth, death, and rebirth.

· Tap into the void of infinite possibility and through the Triangle Breath of Creation and your clear and powerful intention bring forth new creations of the good, the holy and the beautiful.
Creation takes place in the infinite void of all possibilities. Gently step into the quiet space of creation and breathe life into your dreams. You will not believe what is waiting for you and how easy it is until you have done it.
