Teresa Myers, ND, LMT, a 30-year resident of Ann Arbor, has left her 20-year career as a human resource professional to pursue her passion for holistic healing with the opening of Sole to Soul Healing, LLC, offering services in traditional naturopathy, massage therapy, energy medicine and movement.
With her unique ability to assist a person’s healing journey on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level, Myers is redefining what it means to have health and well-being. “Living in a body should be joyful and pleasurable,” she states. “Sometimes we just need a few suggestions, guidelines or outside services to reset our body’s innate ability to heal itself and restore itself to a sense of well-being.”
