Manifesting Goals

Q: Can Hypnosis help me Manifest my Goals?

A: There are many wonderful programs for manifesting. However, I find that one thing is missing with all that I have seen so far.  What if the subconscious mind has some serious blocks that are preventing you from reaching your goals?  The subconscious takes in both positive and negative.  If it thinks it is “helping” you somehow, it may work overtime to protect a belief that may be counterproductive to your goal.  For instance, if Stopping Smoking is your goal and Smoking is your only coping tool, the subconscious will work overtime to protect that coping mechanism.  This is a block or behavior that hypnotherapy can change.  If a person has a fear of success, and the subconscious creates anxiety to protect them from moving forward, this, too, is a problem that hypnotherapy can change.

Sometimes, a person unknowingly feels “unworthy” or “not deserving.”  These beliefs can block the best of intentions because they are deeply rooted in the subconscious. Hypnosis is used to educate the subconscious mind and change those negative perceptions into positive beliefs. It can clear the way and make space for good things to happen!

If you’ve been manifesting for a while with minimal success, consider hypnotherapy.  A certified hypnotherapist can help you release those blocks at a deep subconscious level and establish new productive behaviors that support your goals.
