As spring unfolds, nature demonstrates its incredible ability to renew and restore itself—trees bud, flowers bloom, and animals emerge from hibernation. Just as nature thrives through interconnectedness and renewal, we, too, need moments to reset, recharge, and reconnect with ourselves.
Collective Wellness is offering a unique opportunity to do just this at their upcoming holistic health retreat: A Day of Renewal and Empowerment. This day of healing, scheduled for April 12, 2025, from 10 am-4 pm at Whitmore Lake’s Meditation Center, intends to offer participants an opportunity for growth. Blending the knowledge of three health professionals who are passionate about their professions, this full-day retreat is thoughtfully curated to provide a transformative experience by incorporating interactive techniques that are practical, relaxing, and healing, along with expert guidance, delicious food, and more to enhance your well-being.
What to Expect at the Retreat
- Mindfulness and Meditation Sessions: There will be sessions throughout the day to promote relaxation, stress relief, and energy renewal.
- Morning Workshops: The Ripple Effects of Daily Health, Small Changes, Big Impact, The Art of Balanced Living

Q & A with the Retreat Organizers
Q: Who is this retreat for?
A: It’s perfect for anyone looking to improve their health naturally, manage stress more effectively, and gain practical tools for daily well-being. We want to encourage anyone this resonates with to come – do not worry if you do not know anyone else! This is going to be a small group of people (no more than 20), and the goal is to build a community of like-minded individuals.
Q: How is this retreat different?
A: When we started researching, we found that many only focused on one area. But achieving health is so much more than that! The doctor involved is a former teacher and believes that education is the key to being an advocate of your Wellness. We are there as facilitators, not lecturers, not healers. In other words, you still have to do the work, but we’ll guide you and make it easy.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (if you have one), and most importantly, an open mind! We’ll provide all materials for workshops and activities.
Q: When can I register?
A: Now! We do have spots available, but they are limited to ensure an intimate and personalized experience.
Q: What is the price?
A: Only $200 – our early bird special ended in February. However, for those reading this article, we will extend that $175 price through March 20 – the first day of Spring. To take advantage, e-mail collectivewellnessretreats@outlook.com. We also offer PayPal payment plans to make paying even more affordable.
Q: That seems like a low price for an entire day!
A: It is! There are a couple of reasons for this. First, this is the very first of what we hope to be many retreats. We’d love to get to do these monthly or, at the very least, quarterly. We hope to eventually travel throughout the state of Michigan as well as discover the amazing energy of other places in and out of our country meeting the needs of those who trust us with their health. Second, alternative medicine isn’t covered by insurance. We get how tough this can be. We have no intention of unnecessarily inflating our prices – they will always reflect what is being offered and be provided with integrity.
