JANUARY

is a time of renewal and awakening.

Collecting new ideas, getting rid of

Self-defeating thoughts.

Continuing and setting of goals,

moving forward to greater possibilities.

A time of solitude, resting, and peace.

Bearing the cold of the Winter.

Leaving the past year behind, and

Looking forward to a better life in time.

Getting life in order: Spiritually, Mentally, Physically, and Emotionally. We aim to bring mental clarity, rest, positive thoughts, meditation, peace, and freedom into our environment and those surrounding us. We should not let our emotions get to us but allow a new awakening and trust to flow through…

Sometimes, we are so busy entertaining the outer world that we forget about our inner Self. Going within ourselves takes patience and stillness; it also involves resting; it’s ok to rest for a while to renew oneself. Focusing on what we put in our bodies is also physical: tuning in and nurturing the body, speaking healing affirmations, exercising, relaxing, and having good habits that make us feel good.

Mentally, focus on what is good and righteousness. Read inspirational good books (self-help books). We must focus on the important things that must be done day-by-day, month to month, and take care of our business so that our lives can flow freely and in order. We are responsible for ourselves. There must be a balance between ourselves and the outer worldly things, people, and places.

Spiritually being spiritual takes practice, self-love, and being grounded and strong. Living in a spiritual world requires strength, discipline, courage, and determination. We all must find our way forward, accepting ourselves and moving forward.

MOVE FORWARD

Opening up, letting go of fear…

Bringing the higher consciousness ever near.

Moving forward and upward…

Expanding the mind in time and space.

Relaxing and going with the flow…

Flow with the water of the river,

Flow with the breeze of the wind,

See yourself going within.

Stay anchored and grounded,

See what is before and behind you.

Spend time with others you feel are good and right.

Behold the glory of life.

Breathe in, let go, and move forward.

Emotionally, it is calming ourselves, our nerves, our thoughts, and our reactions. Accepting life and its challenges and remaining peaceful with all there is. If you need to cry, Cry! If you need to shout, Shout! Let’s not let our emotions get to us. WE ARE OUR OWN SELF-CONTROL.

Crying

Each time we cry, we let go.

We grow a little more.

Each time we cry, we see the rain,

On a drizzling day.

We see the path of life

Flash in front of us each time we cry…

Each time we cry, we cry a little harder.

Hoping to see tomorrow.

Today, we wept, and tomorrow,

We go forward to the next step.

Emotions

Letting your emotions flow,

They are a part of our being, you know…

Let them flow like the waves of the river.

It will make our lives more liveable.

Emotions ride like the wind,

Keeping us in touch within.

Giving us peace in our lives day by day,

That we may live a fulfilling life in every way.

Let’s move forward to have better mental clarity, physical health, emotional calmness, spiritual awakening and enlightenment, Greater health, and Love for us all!
