Have you ever had uncertainty on a subject you wish to have more clarity on?

Are you one of those people who love to doodle on any blank surface they see?

If you have answered yes to the questions above, then IntuitiveDoodling may be your answer. It’s fun, easy to do, and all it takes is a pen, some paper and just a tiny bit of your time.

To start, find a quite place where you will not be disturbed. Just try and relax, let go of any tension you may be holding onto and take a big, deep breath in through the nose, hold for a moment, and let it out through the mouth. Repeat 3 times.

Now ask yourself, “What would I like to know more about?” For example, how your boss feels about your latest project, or how to improve communication in your relationship.

Then, take your pen to paper and start to doodle — you can just let random doodles spontaneously happen, or you can allow images in your mind’s eye to appear, and then draw what you see. Don’t worry about perfection; this is not about creating something to hang in the Louvre!

Rather, it’s about uncovering thought-forms (ideas) that may be deep seeded in your subconscious, and on a more profound level, the collective consciousness. Don’t try to force your doodling. Be free flowing. Just allow whatever comes to you, to come. If in mid-doodle any inspiration comes to you, then doodle that as well; keep doodling until you feel you are done.

Then put your pen down and look at your doodles. What do you see? What first comes to mind? Write down a list.
For example, lets use one of the questions from above: how to improve communication in your relationship. In your list of doodles you write down: 1) earring. 2) sun. 3) picnic basket. 4) classic car. 5) hand holding.

Ok, at first you may ask yourself, what the…? What does this have to do with anything? And yes, I can see why you would think that. However, you need to understand that nothing you have come up with is random. If you have this doodle/thought then that’s because it’s valid to your current experience and is in your vibrational field.

The earring, once you think about it, may trigger a memory when you had a fight with your spouse and dropped your earring on the floor and couldn’t find it for days. This establishes to you, yes, my doodles are tuning in on the question I asked. The sun, picnic basket and classic car brings up a memory you had with your hubby, where you were both happy and the communication was cheerful and loving. The classic car reminds you of your sweetie’s love for vintage cars. Hand-holding then clues you in that if you share your loves interests with them every once in a while, your relationship will improve .

When you look at your doodles, ask yourself, What does this means to me? How does it relate to the question? How does this doodle of (blank) answer my question? and just allow the answers to come. You will know when it’s the right answer, because it will make sense to you.

IntuitiveDoodling may just help! Won’t you give it a try?
