Winter and the recent holiday are often when many feel surrounded by love and lonely or isolated. We are never alone; alone doesn’t need to mean lonely. We find fulfillment as we continue doing our soul work and traveling on our spiritual paths. Although this path usually involves some alone time, some self-discovery, and some falling off of old ways, if we stick with it, we upgrade our energetic fields and begin attracting higher energies into other aspects of our lives. Relationships improve, physical pain lessens or disappears, and we view life from a new and beautiful lens.
The New Year can’t help but shout out new beginnings, change, fresh
starts, planting seeds, growth, and so on! Because everything is energy,
let us remember what we welcome into our lives and what we need
to let go of to “Live Our Soul’s Truth.” What is zapping you of your
energy or straying you from your path? What is still holding you back?
Quite often, it’s watching too much news, particularly for HSPs (highly
sensitive people) and Empaths. For others, it’s participating in
sometimes lifelong relationships with family or friends that don’t align
with our values regarding honesty and respect. It may be workplace
gossip or going out for drinks too often. There are ways to maintain
some of these relationships with compassion, kindness, non-judgment, and
a new lens.
I invite you to welcome in the New Year with a focus on “GRATITUDE and
LOVE” to yourself, others, the planet, and the creator. These 2
ingredients make for a recipe of joy and calmness and lead to living a
life with much more ease and grace.
Blessings for a year of Joy, Love, and Peace on Earth,
Loving one Soul at a time,
