Part 2 – Science, Spirituality, and Global Healing

I have regularly participated in Operation Prayer Power since its beginning atop a Holy Mountain in the mystic S.W. of England, Holdstone Down, North Devonshire, on June 30, 1973. This was a life-changing experience, a glimpse of a future science – beautiful, spiritual, and all-embracing – ahead of its time and yet completely and utterly of its time. I began my Operation Prayer Power journey in London, later in Los Angeles, California, and now in Royal Oak, Michigan.
Operation Prayer Power is a wonderful example of the joining together of prayer, the power of Mantra, spirituality, and technology. Dr. King revealed this startling vision of a powerful, new ecological tool to the world, and it began in England and the U.S.A. fifty years ago.
Dr. King dedicated Operation Prayer Power to “all people throughout the world who are unselfishly working for the preservation of the ecological balance of this Planet so senselessly polluted by unthinking mankind throughout the centuries.”
I am deeply honored, humbled, and overjoyed to have had this amazing spiritual opportunity in this lifetime. The Science of Operation Prayer Power
Operation Prayer Power is the biggest breakthrough since the discovery of electricity – and, more important.
Electricity lights the world, but the Spiritual energy we all invoke in Operation Prayer Power heals the world.
During the Operation Prayer Power charging sessions, spiritual energy is invoked by a powerful mantra team reciting Buddhist Mantras in unison. This wonderful energy of the heart and soul is then directed into a ‘Battery’ by highly trained prayer team members using mystic mudras and The Twelve Blessings’ beautiful, soulful prayers.
Operation Prayer Power involves physical equipment and the spiritual energy invoked by the chanting of Mantra and by the trained, dynamic prayer team during what we call “Charging Sessions,” which is stored for use at a later time when a global disaster, war, etc., demand the release of this precious energy of Love. This energy can heal the world.
The Battery
The Batteries used in Operation Prayer Power are not the regular type of batteries that we all know that convert chemical energy contained within its active materials directly into electric energy. These Batteries (with a capital ‘B’) were invented by Dr. George King, who was a scientist as well as a Spiritual Master, to store what we call ‘Spiritual energy” or the energy invoked by us when we give healing or offer prayers to help others or perform a selfless act of service. We have within us the ability to radiate this most powerful type of energy, and this is what the teams in Operation Prayer Power are trained to do and what we all can easily learn to do.
Mantra: The Sacred Science of Sound
The chanting of Mantra is one of the most powerful ways to invoke spiritual energy. This life-giving energy invoked by the mantra teams and directed into the Battery by the prayer teams is then collected and stored. These charging sessions continue week after week, gradually charging each Battery with thousands of prayer hours of spiritual energy. [1]
Not only do we have the opportunity to really help our world thanks to Operation Prayer Power, but through our participation, we are helped in our own spiritual progress. As our Master taught: “By practicing Mantra diligently, you will cleanse your mind, your aura, and your psychic centers. You will improve your concentration! You will improve your control over the flow of energies through your body.”
One of the greatest tests on the spiritual path is to build the lasting temple of our own enlightenment from the endless routine of repetition, discipline, and concentration. Operation Prayer Power provides us with the finest tools for our own advancement and, more importantly, to heal our world.
Operation Prayer Power Continues…
Following these two inaugural Operation Prayer Power pilgrimages, regular weekly sessions, known as charging sessions, were held at the centers around the world. Readers of Body Mind Spirit Guide are fortunate to have access to Operation Prayer Power since it is only available at five locations in the world! Royal Oak is one of these, and Operation Prayer Power is held here every Wednesday evening at 7:30 p.m. and once a month on a Saturday.
